CallFundr ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CallFundr platform and related services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services, including our website, web application, and SMS messaging services.

- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and business address when you register for an account.
- Customer Information: Names, phone numbers, and addresses of your customers that you or your customers provide through our platform, including through phone calls handled by our AI receptionist.
- Call Data: Phone call metadata, call recordings (where permitted by law), and information collected during AI-assisted calls such as appointment details, service requests, and contact information.
- SMS Data: Phone numbers, message content, and delivery status for text messages sent through our platform.
- Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, including login times, features used, and pages visited.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the CallFundr platform, including AI receptionist services, appointment scheduling, technician dispatch, and customer notifications.
- Send transactional SMS messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, technician status updates, and account notifications.
- Process payments for your subscription.
- Improve our services and develop new features.
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS Messaging
When end users provide their phone number through our platform (via phone call to your business or through the web application), they may receive text messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician dispatch and arrival notifications
- Service status updates
- Account verification codes
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on service activity. Users can reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications. Reply HELP for support.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers or SMS data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (Twilio for calls/SMS, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Your Business Operations: Customer information is shared between your account users (owner, dispatchers, technicians) as needed to provide services to your customers.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and safety.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure database storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some information may be retained as required by law.
