CallFundr is an AI-powered office management platform for home service professionals. Our services include AI receptionist call handling, appointment scheduling, technician dispatch, and automated customer notifications via SMS and voice.

2. SMS/Text Messaging

Program Name: CallFundr Notifications

Description: Automated text messages related to appointment scheduling, technician dispatch, service status updates, and account notifications. Types of messages include appointment confirmations and technician updates.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity. You may receive multiple messages per appointment or service event.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the number. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

To use CallFundr, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

By consenting verbally during a call with our AI assistant, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Your use of CallFundr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallFundr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or errors in AI-generated communications.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
