When the shop makes its first payment, you get paid as well. Twenty percent of that first payment, then twenty percent of every payment for twelve months. Your production, your money.
The people you bring in

Bring in another salesperson and you get two percent of every payment on every shop he closes, for twelve months. His people, one percent on every shop they close. Their people, one percent. Ten levels deep. No limit on how wide. Nobody handing you a quota.
