Remote HVAC Dispatcher / Sales Closer
Commission + monthly residual income · Work from home
CallFundr is looking for an experienced HVAC dispatcher, CSR, service coordinator, or office professional who understands what happens when the phones light up and the whole office gets pulled away from the work that keeps the day moving. CallFundr was built by an HVAC contractor to solve that problem.
It puts a buffer in front of the office workflow — absorbing unexpected call volume, gathering customer information, booking jobs, and turning incoming work into organized, dispatch-ready tickets.
We’re looking for someone who has lived that pressure, understands the value immediately, and is comfortable showing HVAC shops how CallFundr can help. This is not a traditional call-center position. You will work from home, contact HVAC leads, run live workflow demonstrations, conduct workflow evaluations, close qualified shops, and help new customers complete onboarding. The ideal person understands HVAC operations and is comfortable asking for the sale.
What you’ll do
- ›Make outbound calls to HVAC shops
- ›Speak with dispatchers, office managers, CSRs, and owners
- ›Explain how CallFundr buffers unexpected call and office workload
- ›Identify where incoming calls and routine requests interrupt the team
- ›Run live CallFundr workflow demonstrations
- ›Show how calls become organized, dispatch-ready tickets
- ›Conduct short workflow evaluations
- ›Answer questions and handle objections
- ›Ask qualified prospects to get started
- ›Complete onboarding with new CallFundr tenants
- ›Follow up with interested prospects when necessary
- ›Keep leads, appointments, demonstrations, and sales updated
Who we’re looking for
The strongest candidate will have experience as an:
- ›HVAC dispatcher
- ›HVAC CSR
- ›Service coordinator
- ›Dispatch manager
- ›HVAC office manager
- ›Home-service office professional
Experience in plumbing, electrical, garage-door, appliance-repair, or another home-service trade may also be considered. You should be comfortable:
- ›Speaking with HVAC office staff and owners
- ›Making outbound calls and building rapport quickly
- ›Listening for operational pain points
- ›Running a live software demonstration
- ›Explaining technology without technical jargon
- ›Handling objections without becoming argumentative
- ›Asking directly for the sale
- ›Guiding a new customer through onboarding
Experience selling memberships, booking service calls, converting inbound leads, filling schedules, presenting upgrades, or closing customers is highly valuable.
What makes this different
You’re not selling a generic answering service. You’re showing HVAC shops how CallFundr can absorb unexpected overflow before it disrupts the office. When call volume changes from one day to the next, CallFundr scales with the load — capturing customer information, booking jobs, reducing repetitive data entry, organizing incoming work, supporting dispatch, and keeping customers and technicians informed.
The goal is simple: help the team manage the day effectively instead of getting pulled into every interruption.
Compensation
This is a commission-only, work-from-home opportunity. There is no base pay. You earn:
- ›$100 for every new CallFundr tenant you personally close and successfully onboard
- ›Monthly residual income from every active, paying tenant you personally bring to CallFundr
- ›Residual income continues while the customer stays active and you remain with CallFundr
- ›Opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role as CallFundr expands
The more successful customers you bring to CallFundr, the larger your monthly recurring income can become. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to help build something — not just work another call-center job.
The opportunity
CallFundr is early. The product is built around real HVAC operating experience, and the sales process is already being developed around the problems HVAC offices deal with every day. The right person will have the chance to help shape the sales process, build a recurring customer base, and potentially grow into a leadership role as additional callers and closers are added.
To apply
No long cover letter is needed. Tell us:
- 1.What HVAC or home-service dispatch experience you have
- 2.Whether you have outbound sales or closing experience
- 3.What software you have used (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Jobber, or similar)
- 4.Why you believe you'd be good at demonstrating and selling CallFundr
- 5.A time you successfully convinced a customer or business owner to move forward
